We want you to be 100% happy with the things we make and send to you. We stand behind our awesome branded merch and the people that work hard to get them to you. Please read the full details of this return policy to understand how.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been used. 

If you have a concern about the fit or style please feel free to try them on after carefully removing them from their packaging. Keep in mind, once you put your shoes on and take them out for a run or walk they are no longer returnable.

Socks eligible for exchange or refund must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original packaging in good condition when received at our warehouse.

RETURNS

If you need to return all or a portion of your purchase please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). In your request please include:

  • Date of Purchase
  • Detail of what you wish to return
  • Reason for return

All returns and exchanges must be received within 14-days from the original delivery date. We will not accept socks for return after 14-days.

Important Notes:

Return postage is at the buyer's expense.

"Clearance" socks are NOT eligible for return.

Sock Geek reserves the right to recover any out-bound shipping costs on return orders that were originally eligible for free shipping.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?

Contact us immediately at merch@wondamusic.com with your original order number and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation in a timely manner. 

I just want to exchange for a different sock, how?

First, contact us and secured a return authorization number for the socks you wish to return. Next, to secure the socks you wish to receive simply place a new order and we will get them out to your right away.
